四つん這いで「ハイハイ」歩き
今日はシンガー歌謡体操。
浅野先生と村川先生がご都合が悪くなり、お休みされたので、鈴木先生お一人での体操教室となった。
楽しく歌って踊ってという歌謡体操は行われなかったが、ストレッチから筋トレに至る基本体操が1時間半みっちり行われた。普段のモデル歩きの要素に加えて足を交互に交差させながら、かかとだけで、あるいはつま先だけで歩いたり、四つん這いで「ハイハイ」歩きも行われた。ハイハイ歩きはとても珍しい体操で、これはこれでなかなか面白いと感じた。
印象に残っているのは、後ろ向きに歩いたり、足指だけで物をつかむといった普段と違う動きをすると脳トレに繋がるということ。普段と違う動きはするときは無意識ではなく、いったん脳で考え直してから行動に移るので確かにそうではないかと思う。
生徒さんの意見をいろいろ伺うと、筋力をつけたい思いで教室に通っておられることがよく分かったので、楽しく踊る要素も加味しながら、筋トレがきちんとできたという満足感の得られるメニューを組む必要があると感じた。

Although songs and gymnastics that sang happily and danced were not done, basic gymnastics ranging from stretching to muscle training were performed exceptionally for an hour and a half. While crossing legs alternately in addition to the usual element of walking in the model, walking with heels alone or with toes alone, walking "high hi" on all fours was done. Haihai walking is a very rare exercise, which I felt quite interesting with this.
What remains in the impression is that if you make a different movement, such as walking backwards or grabbing things with just your toes, you will be connected to the brain train. When I make a move different from usual it is not unconscious, once I think again in the brain, I will move to action I think that is certainly the case.
When I asked a lot of opinions from the students, I understood that I was going to the classroom with the desire to give muscular strength, so I added a menu that gives me satisfaction that the muscle tray was done properly, while also considering the elements that I enjoy dancing I felt it necessary to organize.
