ネット動画掲載に関して

音楽には、音楽をつくる人、例えば、作詞家・作曲家や音楽文化を守るために法律で著作権法が定められています。
○ インターネットに歌唱動画を配信する場合
○ 雑誌に歌詞、譜面を掲載する場合
○ 歌謡体操で音楽を使用する場合
○ 歌謡祭を開催する場合
等は日本音楽著作権協会にその都度報告して許諾をとる必要があります。
シンガープロでは添付の通り、インターネット動画掲載に関してジャスラック音楽著作物利用許諾の番号を取得しています。それに基づいて、今回の第３回江南紅白歌合戦の掲載動画は、個々の楽曲名、作品コード、作詞者名、作曲者名、編曲者名、歌唱者名を一覧表にしてJASRACに報告書を届けます。
ですので、江南紅白歌合戦実行委員会は、江南紅白歌合戦の動画を個々に皆さんがYouTubeに掲載することを禁じる次第です。
シンガープロがYouTubeにあげることはこの限りではありません。（シンガープロは江南紅白歌合戦実行委員会に代わって音楽著作権の手続きを行いますので、出演者の皆さんの歌唱動画はシンガープロ側で掲載しますという意味です。）
