第３回江南紅白歌合戦実行委員会の反省会＆慰労会
今夜は、第３回江南紅白歌合戦実行委員会の反省会＆慰労会を赤童子東公会堂で開催し、江南紅白歌合戦当日にお手伝いして下さった33名の皆さんにお集まりいただいた。
私は皆さんに感謝の気持ちを述べ、会計報告を行った。そして江南紅白歌合戦で熱唱している皆さんの歌唱ビデオを上映し、鈴木浩樹くんに九州北部豪雨義援金を朝倉市役所に届けた経緯と被災地の現状について報告してもらった。
参加された方から、「当日の段取りが悪かった。」「後片付けをしていると、責任の所在がわからなくて、どのように後片付けしたら良いのかわからなくて困った。」「お楽しみ抽選会の番号の字が小さくて分かりづらかった」などの意見を頂いた。
私は、ビデオを観て、今回の江南紅白歌合戦は何もかも上手くいったように感じた。司会を務めた飯野さんが、大会当日、観覧の皆様に「年々盛況になってきている」と述べていたけど、私はこれ以上の歌謡祭を開催できる自信がない。来年上手くいくか否かはわからないけど、全力で取り組む以外に方法はないと思う。
差しあたり、来年の２月に第４回江南紅白歌合戦に向けて、１回目の実行委員会を開催したい。開催日を11月にするか12月にするかの話し合いになると思う。ボランティアで恐縮だが、次回も引き続き皆さんに協力をお願いしたい。
Tonight we hosted the 3rd konan Singing Festival Executive Committee's Reflective Meeting & Committee Meeting at Akadouji East Public Hall and gathered to 33 people who assisted us on the day of Gangnam Kowloon Singing War.
I expressed my gratitude to everyone and made an account report. And we screened singing videos of everyone singing in Konan singing fight and asked Mr. Hiroki Suzuki to report on the circumstances of delivering the heavy rain donation to the Asakura City Hall in the northern Kyushu region and the current situation of the disaster area.
From those who participated, "The setup on the day was bad." "I was not able to understand where I was responsible, so I did not know how to clean it up." "Fun Lottery It was hard to understand because the letters of the numbers were small ".
I saw the video, I felt everything went well this time in Konan singing fight. Mr. Iinoh, who served as a moderator, told everyone on the day of the tournament that "It is getting popular every year", but I am not confident that I can hold no more song festival. I do not know if I will be able to succeed next year, but I think there is no other way than working at all.
I would like to hold the first executive committee for the 4th Konan singing fight next February. I think that it will be a discussion as to whether the opening date is November or December. I'm afraid I am a volunteer, but I would like to ask for your continued cooperation next time.
